RETURNS POLICY:

We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase; However, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will do our best to help you.

Please review our policy and guidelines below.

MUSIC:

We do not accept returns on any CD's purchased through the store. We do our best to price CD's as low as possible and in order to this we have to keep handling and administration on CD's to a minimum. I hope this makes sense. A CD makes a great gift, so if you end up ordering a CD you may already have or you may have purchased the download on iTunes - then consider giving the CD you want to return, to a friend or family member.

APPAREL:

You may return new, unworn apparel items within 15 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns on washed, worn or abused items.

Shipping costs and tax incurred for returns and non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.

We cannot refund shipping.

Please note, we do charge a 25% re-stock fee on returns. 
You will be charged an additional shipping and handling fee to cover the cost of shipping the item back to you and the administration of the exchange.

You should expect to receive your refund or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We do ship world-wide. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
